1. General Provisions

The use of this website and the placement of orders imply the acceptance of these terms and conditions. SASH AUDIO SRL reserves the right to modify these provisions at any time; the valid version shall be the one displayed on the website at the date of the order.
2. Consent to Commencement
By ticking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box and placing an order on the website, the Client provides express prior consent for the commencement of the consulting services.
3. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Client acknowledges and agrees that the right to withdraw from the contract (the 14-day cooling-off period) is forfeited once the consulting service has been fully performed by the Provider.
4. Payment
Consulting services are provided based on the issued fiscal invoice. Payment is made via bank transfer. The consulting services are provided by a non-VAT payer in accordance with Art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code.
5. Payment as Acceptance
The payment of the invoice issued by the Provider constitutes the Client’s final confirmation of the order and the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Deemed Acceptance (Tacit Acceptance)
The consulting services are considered provided and fully accepted by the Client 7 days after the full payment reaches the Provider's bank account. Unless the Client sends a written complaint or objection via email within 3 days following this period, the services are deemed accepted finally, and no signed Certificate of Acceptance is required.
7. Liability
SASH AUDIO SRL provides technical recommendations, but the final purchase decision rests with the client. We are not liable for defects in third-party equipment.
8. Disputes
Any dispute will be settled amicably or by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
